Refund policy

We at Valente Store strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and fair process.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Free Return Pickup:

  • Free return pickup is available only for products that are incorrect or damaged.
  • In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to schedule a pickup at no additional cost.

Return Pickup Fee for Other Reasons:

  • If the return is for reasons other than incorrect or damaged products, you are required to pay a return pickup fee.
  • The fee is approximately ₹100, depending on your pin code. This will be communicated during the return process.

Return via Customer’s Own Courier:

  • You may also choose to return the item using your own courier service. In this case, please ensure the product is shipped back to our address within the 3-day return window.
  • The shipping cost for returning the product via your own courier is your responsibility.

Important Note on Return Evidence:

  • If the images, videos, or unboxing proof provided by the customer are found to be forged, edited, or fake, the return request will be directly declined.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
